Privacy notice
How we handle the information you send through the Project BEYOND trip passport.
Who we are
Project BEYOND is run by CieloAmor Travel and Tours, Diversion Road Boulevard St., Brgy. May-Iba, Teresa, Rizal. We decide how the information you send us is used, and we answer for it.
What we collect
When you send a trip passport we receive:
- your name, role, school or organization, email address and mobile number;
- your trip details: destination, pass, add-ons, grade level, number of participants, preferred date, learning focus and any notes you add.
We don’t ask for students’ names or any other personal information about them.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry: to prepare a proposal, contact you about it, and plan the trip if you book. We use it on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box, and because you asked us to take these steps before a contract. We don’t use it for anything else, and we never sell it.
Who sees it
Our sales and booking team. Two service providers handle it for us, under our instructions: our web host (GoDaddy), where it’s stored, and our email provider (Brevo), which delivers the inquiry to our team and your copy to you.
How we protect it
The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Inquiries are kept in a database that isn’t reachable from the internet, and only our team can see them. Download links for your PDF are private to you and expire after 90 days.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then we delete it. If your inquiry becomes a booking, we keep what the law requires for our business records.
Cookies and technical data
This site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. To stop spam we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for a short time. Your browser remembers that you’ve seen the opening animation, so it isn’t shown twice; that stays on your device.
The map at the bottom of the page is provided by Google Maps. It only loads when you scroll to it, and Google may then set its own cookies (see Google’s privacy policy).
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, object to its use, have it deleted or blocked, and get a copy of it. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
